Terms of Service
These terms describe the basic rules for using Amiire as an early public service for crochet pattern records, shared works, and reader projects.

Agreement
By using Amiire, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Operator
Amiire is operated by Amunzen Ltd. (Tokyo, Japan). The representative is Keisuke Nagakawa. Questions about these terms may be sent to kay@amunzen.com.
Accounts
- You are responsible for the activity on your account.
- You must use an email address you are allowed to use and keep your sign-in method secure.
- You may request account closure or deletion by contacting kay@amunzen.com.
Your works and shared works
You keep ownership of the crochet works, pattern records, instructions, text, images, and other content you create or upload to Amiire.
You grant Amunzen Ltd. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, render, display, transmit, generate previews for, and otherwise use your content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide Amiire.
When you make a work public, unlisted, restricted, or shared by email, you authorize Amiire to show that work to the audience selected by that setting. Readers may view shared works and may start project progress, duplicate, remix, or otherwise use them when Amiire provides those product actions.
You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed to publish or share anything you put into Amiire.
Reader events and project progress
Amiire may record simple reader events for shared pattern pages, such as opens, step views, QR scans, and project starts. Amiire also saves project progress, notes, and viewing state for signed-in readers who start projects. These records help the product function and help makers understand whether shared works are being followed.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Amiire to violate laws or another person's rights.
- Do not upload or share content that you do not have permission to use.
- Do not try to access another account, bypass sharing permissions, scrape the service, or interfere with Amiire's operation.
- Do not use Amiire to distribute harmful code, spam, harassment, or abusive content.
Early service status
Amiire is an early public product. Features, limits, domains, storage behavior, and availability may change. We may modify, suspend, or stop parts of the service when needed for operation, safety, or product development.
No professional advice
Amiire helps create and read crochet pattern records. It does not provide legal, financial, business, medical, or professional advice.
Disclaimers and liability
Amiire is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amunzen Ltd. disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or interruption of business.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using Amiire at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account violates these terms, creates risk, or harms the service. To request account closure or data deletion, contact kay@amunzen.com.
Changes
We may update these terms as Amiire changes. The updated page will show the latest revision date. Continued use of Amiire after an update means you accept the updated terms.
